Schedule of work

• Check and clean the burner and its components.

• Inspect the internal oil lines replace flexible hose when needed.

• Visually inspect the flue-ways.

• Fit a new nozzle.

• Clean and check heat exchanger and baffles.

• Clean & if needed adjust the ignition components.

• Check all boiler seals & joints.

• Check the Fire Valve.

• Check there are no obvious signs of damage to the wiring.

• Re-set the burner operating pressure to the manufacturers recommendations.

• Carry out combustion analysis and set up boiler for safe and efficient running.

• Check boiler safety devices.

• Visually inspect the oil tank and above ground supply pipes.

• Clean or replace the oil filters.
