Check and clean the burner and components.
Inspect the internal oil lines.
Check the flue-ways.
Fit a new nozzle.
Clean and check heat exchanger and baffles.
Clean & if needed adjust the ignition components.
Check all boiler seals & joints.
Check the Fire Valve.
Check there are no obvious signs of damage to the wiring.
Re-set the burner operating pressure to the manufacturers recommendations.
Carry out combustion analysis and set up boiler for safe and efficient running.
Check boiler safety devices.
Check Oil tank and supply pipes.
Clean oil filters.
